WebClosed. pycache stores temporary files created when execution of the python code is triggered. It is not meant to be distributed, thus there is no reason to commit it to git. You can create .gitignore with __pycache__ and *.pyc listed there, so you don't commit them again by mistake. lenkaseg commented 4 years ago.
